at least in the Red Refuge county I live in, they're still doing the other 2 lanes of a few road projects.
Which involves a LOT of three guys bullshitting through the perpetual smoke break while 1 guy works.
I am told the Japanese go about 7x deeper with the construction of their roads. I would not be surprised to find out they do it faster and apples to cubic yards of material, cheaper.
We need a friggin' CCC act again. As long as no one gets roped into building the G-Dub Lieberry.

old chimney + scaffolding posted. take down next. took a day+ to take down. was dry til tonight. working sunday.
